Terms of Service
These are the simple rules that frame how Handsly is used. They are written to be clear and readable. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
Last updated: 10 June 2026
1. Acceptance of these terms
Handsly is a private, invitation-only mobile app that helps people make warm professional introductions. The app is published by the company Fibroweb (https://fibroweb.fr) and is free (0 EUR).
By creating an account or using Handsly, you accept these terms of service. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the app.
These terms form an agreement between you and Fibroweb. We invite you to read them carefully and keep a copy.
2. Eligibility and invitations
Access to Handsly is by invitation only. You must be of legal age and able to enter into a contract to use the service.
Each member receives 3 invitations to share. The spirit of Handsly is built on trust: we rely on you to invite only people you genuinely vouch for.
- Invitations are personal and tied to your account.
- Only invite people you know and trust.
- An invitation is not a guarantee of permanent access: an account may be suspended if the rules are broken.
3. Your account
Your Handsly account is strictly personal. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and your account secure.
- You are responsible for activity carried out from your account.
- Let us know promptly at app@handsly.io if you suspect any unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable use
Handsly is built on mutual respect. We ask you to behave courteously and professionally toward other members.
The following are not allowed:
- Spam, harassment, hateful speech or abusive behavior.
- Impersonation or the creation of fake accounts.
- Automated scraping or bulk collection of data from the app.
- Misuse of other members' data outside the purpose intended by the app.
- Non-consented introductions: an introduction must always rest on the agreement of the people involved.
You can report or block another member from within the app at any time. Handsly may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.
5. User content and introductions
The introduction requests and messages you send are content you create. You are responsible for what you publish and share through Handsly.
Handsly may remove content or act on a report in order to protect the trust and safety of the community.
An introduction only goes ahead with the consent of the people involved. Please share a member's contact details only once they have agreed.
6. Trust Credits and invitations
Trust Credits and invitations are in-app elements that support the dynamic of trust between members.
They have no monetary value. They cannot be bought, sold or exchanged for cash or any other benefit outside the app.
7. Intellectual property
The Handsly app, its brand, design and content belong to Fibroweb and are protected by applicable law.
You keep ownership of the content you create (your messages, your introduction requests). By sharing it on Handsly, you simply allow us to display and transmit it as part of running the service.
8. Disclaimers
Handsly is provided "as is". We do our best to offer a useful and reliable service, but we cannot guarantee everything.
In particular, Handsly does not guarantee that any introduction will actually happen, nor that an introduction will lead to a result (a meeting, a collaboration, an opportunity or anything else). The service helps people connect: it does not replace those connections.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Fibroweb's liability is limited. We cannot be held responsible for the exchanges, agreements or behavior of members between themselves, nor for the consequences of an introduction.
This limitation applies without prejudice to the rights granted to you by law, in particular as a consumer.
10. Suspension and termination
You can delete your account at any time, directly from within the app.
Handsly may suspend or terminate an account in case of a breach of these terms, in particular the acceptable use rules, in order to protect the community.
11. Changes to these terms
These terms may change over time. If we make an important change, we will let you know through appropriate means.
By continuing to use Handsly after an update, you accept the revised terms.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law.
In case of a dispute, the competent French courts will have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to find an amicable solution.
